Operating for over fifty years, Advantage Management Incorporated (AMI), has remained a successful family owned property management company specializing in both manufactured housing and storage facilities. AMI has grown significantly throughout the years however our passion, vision, and values have always remained true to our core. We now proudly and professionally manage commercial buildings, three manufactured housing communities in Southern California, and eleven self-storage facilities in Southern California and Arizona – specifically Greater Phoenix and Prescott area. AMI’s home office is in the heart of Old Town Orange, California near the historic Orange Circle. Our team’s mission is to provide an excellent living and storage experience to all.
