Our Amazing Team

Marvin Shwartz, father to Deann and beloved grandfather to Danielle and Brooke Pancheri, laid the foundation for AMI. His dedication and passion kept him coming to the office daily until the age of 89. Marvin cherished his work, his long afternoon strolls, and, most of all, his family. Marvin’s values of integrity, commitment, and care are woven into the very fabric of AMI, influencing how we serve our clients and support one another to this day.

Deann Pancheri is a third-generation real estate leader known for her operational excellence, visionary leadership, and dedication to industry advancement. As Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Management, Inc., she has redefined modern property management through strategic insight, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to her team and customers.

Deann began her career in 1987 as an administrative assistant to President Marvin Schwartz. Over the decades, she has proudly served in every role within the company, giving her a deep appreciation and understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with each position. She also serves as the President of New Image Homes, having held her dealer’s license since the age of 19.

A proud mother of five, Deann finds fulfillment in working alongside her family, mentoring her daughters, and continuing to build a business grounded in legacy, integrity, and values. When it’s time to recharge, she enjoys basking in the sun on a tropical beach—soaking in the serenity that fuels her drive and vision. 

Travis Salem is the President of Advantage Management, Inc., leading operations across our self-storage division. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Travis joined AMI in 2005 and has grown from Acquisitions Manager to President. He works closely with our operations and area managers, combining hands-on field expertise with strategic leadership.

A licensed California Real Estate Broker operating under TRS Realty and AMI’s Designated Broker Officer, Travis has been instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio. In addition, he is licensed with HCD, under New Image Homes and can sell new and resale homes.   He holds degrees in Business Administration (MIS) and Construction Technology, along with an IBEW Union 440 electrical license.

Known for his data-driven and tech-forward approach, Travis helps drive innovation, financial strategy, and team development throughout the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys sports—especially watching his kids play basketball—and values time with his family and traveling together.

Danielle Pancheri brings creativity, hands-on experience, and entrepreneurial energy to her role at AMI. Having grown up in the family business, she gained early exposure to operations in both storage and manufactured housing. Today, she leads marketing strategy and brand development, driving innovation and growth across the company. An outdoor enthusiast, Danielle enjoys exploring in her camper van with her King Charles Cavalier, Bozeman—bringing the same spirit of adventure to her work and vision for AMI’s future.

Brooke Pancheri grew up immersed in the family business and officially joined Advantage Management, Inc. after graduating from Michigan State University five years ago. As Chief Accounting Officer, she leads our Accounting team with precision and dedication. Brooke’s strong work ethic and talent for optimizing systems make her an integral part of AMI’s operational growth. Her tech-savvy and solutions-driven mindset help the company run more efficiently every day.

Outside the office, Brooke loves to travel and explore new destinations and cultures. She also enjoys paddleboarding with her Cavalier, Maisie, and her fiancé—embracing the outdoors and recharging for the week ahead.

With over 18 years of experience in property management, Luisa Pascua brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to leasing, Mobilehome sales, maintenance, and tenant relations for our Mobilehome Park Division. She works closely with all property managers to ensure legal compliance and customer satisfaction.

Known for her energy, organization, and dedication to creating clean, welcoming communities, Luisa’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the AMI team.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys cooking, early morning workouts, and relaxing with a good movie. She believes that personal balance fuels professional success—and brings that mindset to every property she manages.

Jennifer Newman joined Advantage Management, Inc. in May 2025, bringing a versatile background in administration, accounting, HR, and customer service. With over a decade of experience in national home improvement chains, she combines hands-on customer service experience with strong operational insight. After a break to focus on family, she’s excited to return to the workforce and make an impact at AMI. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cooking, traveling, live music events, and spending time with her family—and her quirky Italian Greyhound, Cosmo Kramer.

Noel has over 7.5 years of experience in property management, growing her career with AMI from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager, a role she’s proudly held for 6.5 years. She’s known for her approachable, dependable nature and her commitment to building strong relationships with residents. Whether resolving issues or fostering a welcoming community, Noel ensures every resident feels supported. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her kids and grandkids, relaxing at the beach, and making memories on family getaways.

With over a decade of property management experience, Yenniffer brings warmth, organization, and a deep commitment to the community. Since joining AMI in 2022, she’s been known for her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster strong relationships with residents and partners. Originally from Colombia, she holds an A.S. from Orange Coast College and studied Business Administration at Cal State Fullerton. Outside of work, Yenniffer enjoys hiking, visiting coffee shops, and cherishing time with her young son—her greatest joy.

Alison Russon has been a valued member of Kings Way Gardens since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience and community dedication. In 2019, she earned her Sales License, allowing her to assist with park-owned home sales. Known for her approachable style and commitment to resident support, Alison is a trusted resource for tenants and colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, crafting, and time with her family, including her husband of 35 years, two grown children, and her dogs.

With over five years of experience, Salvador is a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor at AMI, overseeing mobile home park maintenance and property renovations throughout Southern California. Known for his expert craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail, he ensures every manufactured home community and property is well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.

Salvador takes pride in delivering high-quality results and believes in doing the job right the first time. Outside of work, he enjoys bike rides to the beach, spending quality time with his family, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. His strong work ethic makes him an invaluable part of the AMI team.
