With nearly 100 years of real estate experience, Advantage Management Inc. (AMI) is a family-owned property management company based in Orange, California, proudly serving communities across California and Arizona.

Our roots date back to 1927, when Abe and Lena Schwartz opened their first hotel in Missouri. In the 1950s, the family moved to Orange County and expanded into the manufactured housing industry with the launch of Palm Lodge Mobile Home Estates in Anaheim. Building on that success, AMI was officially founded in 1990 by Deann Schwartz Pancheri and her father, Marvin Schwartz. Under Deann’s leadership as CEO, and now with President Travis Salem, AMI has grown into a full-service real estate management company specializing in manufactured home communities, self-storage facilities, and commercial properties.

Today, the fourth generation—Deann’s daughters, Danielle and Brooke—continue the family tradition. AMI now manages 3 manufactured housing communities, 14 self-storage facilities, and 2 commercial properties across California and Arizona.
