Kathleen Almeida

Kathleen Almeida brings more than 20 years of experience in the self-storage industry to Advantage Management Inc. Beginning her career as an Assistant Manager, she has grown through a variety of operational and leadership roles, building a strong foundation in property management, team support, and organizational standards. At AMI, Kathleen applies her extensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and operational best practices to help strengthen consistency, accountability, and performance across the organization. Her practical industry experience and attention to detail allow her to support teams while helping ensure company standards are clearly defined and effectively implemented. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys reading, spending time with her cat, Cinnamon, and visiting thrift stores with her husband, Micheal. She brings the same sense of curiosity, commitment, and thoughtful approach to both her personal interests and her leadership at AMI.
