Precious Almodovar

With over 15 years of experience in property management, I’ve built my career from the ground up, beginning as a temporary leasing agent in 2010 and growing into the role of Community Director. Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for creating welcoming communities, building strong relationships, and helping both residents and properties thrive. Before joining AMI Corporate, I spent several years living in the mountains, an experience that deepened my appreciation for nature, adventure, and the beauty of the outdoors. When I’m not working, you’ll most often find me spending time with my kids, exploring the mountains, enjoying the ocean, or simply finding time to be surrounded by nature. I’m proud of the journey that brought me here and grateful for the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that have shaped my career. I bring that same dedication and genuine care to my work every day, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the communities I serve.
